I finished the majority of the assigned courses. Wow. There is so much information, so much customization possible, and so many parameters to keep in mind. So we've been struggling a bit to get our new HR system to work just the way we'd like. And since we need to have that piece in place before the LMS (for transfer of user data and, hey, learning is great but money makes mouths happy) we've pushed implementation out a little further.
