Description
There is a lot of discussion these days about Social Learning. This "Round-Table" discussion will explore what Social Learning really is - and means. Is it another in a long line of gimmicks? Or is it a viable model for incorporating organizational learning practices into everyday performance?
In this session we'll discuss the applicability and usability of Social Learning environments and some of the key enablers to its success or failure.
