So we've been struggling a bit to get our new HR system to work just the way we'd like. And since we need to have that piece in place before the LMS (for transfer of user data and, hey, learning is great but money makes mouths happy) we've pushed implementation out a little further.
Instead of an April-ish implementation scenario, it's likely to be closer to June-July-August. The bright side, though, is that this should make the LMS a lively topic of discussion at our all-staff conference in October. Silver lining, folks.
