I have created a Del.icio.us bookmark for this: SL-ROI (see above). If you see anything related to this, please post here. Let's get some discussions going, some thoughts moving around, some links up and then once we have a direction and some content to springboard off of, let's think about doing a conference call and hammer some of this out.
