Does anyone have any case studies of using web 2.0 or social learning?
I just saw an eBay presentation (@ the eLearning Guild A|G) that was awesome. Essentially they looked at what they are currently doing with information, with what tools and how "able" it is (i.e. writable, feedable etc.)

cases2.com - this is a wiki of case studies, submitted by anyone. Not learning focused, but there is great information there, still.
CustomerVision.com - This is a friend of mine who runs the company. She has some great ROIs and case studies.
